Newton-Wellesley Neurology Associates recently changed software programs to come into alignment with Partners Health Services.

Patient phone calls are taking longer than usual to address due to a more complex and robust program. Additionally, patients who typically contacted us via patient gateway are not able to do so at this time and therefore the volume of incoming phone calls has tripled.

Our apologies for this delay in service. We are working towards attaining our previous efficiency, but delays will continue.
